Tomsyer (McLean, VA) bandwidth?

Hi there guys!

Anyone with Tomsyer.net and located in McLean, VA - that also have noticed a decrease in bandwidth performance? Since last month I've only gotten one third of the speeds I usually get from them. Anyone else who can confirm?
Seemes pointless upgrading to 100mbit port if I only can get 100K/s upstream..... *imo*
