I am no longer able to manage a site for a client, and they asked me to help them find some freelance designers to review/consider.

Project: Record Label Web Site

Current design is a custom static web design made using Photoshop 7, Dreamweaver MX (with some CSS) custom made templates (for fast updates to navigation/layout), some Flash MX headers/menus. Many pages involved as they have 10 artists, which more are being added. Lots of press releases, photo editing, text updates. Must be able to setup/convert/create audio files such as .wma, .ram, .mp3, etc.

They may be wanting an entire redesign in the next month or two. Possibly a dynamic/database driven site, if you can convince them that it would ease/automate site updates (IMO, they need this but have yet to decide to go with a dynamic site).

They need someone that is available for prompt updates, often daily, at least a few per week. Designer must be available by phone and email. Lots of creative direction/specifications provided by their web site communications director. They currently pay by the hour, monthly checks.

If you are in Nashville/Tennessee area, thats a bonus. California is fine too. Must be U.S. based.

I am just collecting info on designers that have the skill set required to work on their site based on their needs, I will pass that info to them but I will not be making the decision nor will I have any idea when that may be. Only those with a current working web site with portfolio will be referred to be considered. imagine it will be soon as I am done maintaining their site the end of this month.
