Think you are a good designer? Cool, I'm looking for designers to look over my portfolio and let me know what they think.

Don't think you are a good designer? That's ok, I'll take your opinion as well.

What I'm looking for is an overall opinion on my design skills (or lack thereof). My portfolio (which I just completed) has 68 designs up that I have made this year (starting in Feb).

I'm not looking for specific feeedback on each design, but rather an overall feel about my work.

Obviously, there isn't much to be said about the engineering, as your portfolio only links to screenshots. So about 90% of the possible useful feedback can't be given.

But as for the 10% that visitors see, your visual design work is excellent! Very polished. Very sharp. Very detailed. Your eye for color and vivid imagery is stellar. If that other 90% is solidly in place, you might be a very dangerous man!

There's a Hillel at San Luis Obispo? Unless I'm mixing up my schools, they can barely keep the Sigma Omega AEPi chapter alive, let alone support a Hillel center! I must be wrong...

Yea, this is all about the visual aspect.

I'm no programmer, and my coding could use work, but I know enough to help the programmers get started. But like I said, this is all about my design/visual work.

As far as the Hillel in SLO, I don't know much about it other than their orignal site was hosted on a student's calp poly account (forgot the exact domain, though google finds it I think, as I had to grab some stuff from it a while back).
