Hello everybody,

I have been checking out all the CC processing sites on the net, but I end up coming back to http://www.instabill.com
I like what they have to offer, but just wanted to have some feedback.

I have talked to some of their merchants and they seemed happy with them. I would still like some more comments before I decide.

Unhappy wondering still

I started using Instabill and they, as always, have provided absolutely great and prompt customer service via a lady with the same name as the guy who signs the cheques.

I had a cheque sent to me for around 25 x the amount I was due and they rectified the problem and were very human and helpful about it.

I am still wondering though if this is really the best way to go. Not the company, just the method. We have another business with merchant facilities but the bank hates internet or 'online' sales and wants another mortgage...no way

Chicken, did you say that Instabill and Revecom were owned by Paysystems.com?

I didn't think Instabill (zStar network) was Paysystems...
I'd like to know if they are.

Well, after you asked that I went looking. Hmmm...

I will say that I had always thought they were. Maybe they were sold, or something I missed. I swear they were, and these two sites I think are remaining evidence (thisisn't theft):

http://www.revecom.com/legal/privact.html

http://www.instabill.com/privacy.html

Yep Revecom.com & Instabill = PaySystems

Yeah, about three months ago (maybe more) PaySystems Inc. purchased Instabill. When you login to the Revecom.com control panel there's a "What's New" section. The press release is listed there.
