Is there a way to make a button/link that when clicked can switch between left and centered text without reloading the page?

Use CSS and javascript. in th javascript onclick() event, just switch stylesheets. One stylesheet has left text, the other centered.

Style sheets are usually chosen with a select box, but you can use a button as a toggle too.
