I bought a domain name from someone on ebay and they used DOTREGISTRAR to register the name prior to sale.
I want to transfer the name to Go Daddy and I have paid the $8.95 to make that happen.
It has been more than 60 days since it was created on DOTREGISTRAR and it is not close to expiring.
Here is the issue:
Go Daddy requires your email address to be listed in the admin field. DOTREGISTRAR formats the email address next to your name.
I have emailed DOTREGISTRAR to no avail and used their archaic domain management system to ensure everything is correct.
Any help on this one?
Here is what it looks like:
Patrick Grote (XXXXXXXXXXX-COM-DOM)
City, ST, ZIPXXXX
Domain Name: XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Patrick Grote firstname.lastname@example.org
City, ST, ZIPXXXXXX
Notice that the email@example.com
is listed under registrant in the proper field, but under admin contact it is located on the same line as my name. Go Daddy needs it under ADMIN email.
Can anyone give me any advice or help on this one?
