I tried Help center live but it doesnt have support for HTML emails, otherwise its great.

I need support for both plain text and HTMl emails so if you have a hosting company and use helpdesk software, please help me out in choosing a Helpdesk software.

We are using Kayako.com's eSupport. Only had it installed about a week now but it's making email tracking a lot easier and more efficient for us to answer emails.

Cost options are...
Lite licence / year which is $99.95. This is restricted to 2 users and 2 departments and also restrictions on the knowledge base articles.

Yearly Licence at $199.95 which is unrestricted.

Owned licence at $349.95.

Also there are monthly options available.

It does support piping and I havent tested the HTML out yet but I believe it does.

Like... Makes handling tickets easier especially if you need to hand it on to another member of staff and also has a good overview of open and closed tickets so that you can see what still needs to be sorted (Making you more efficient).

Dislikes... none yet but we have only had it a week. I have seen quite a few others use this though and it does have good reviews.

Yup... html emails are a single click away (attachment type thing)

Great support in the cerberus forums and just great robust program in general!

I also recommend SupportLogic [ This is a good one and it's FREE ] .

I tried support logic (because it came in scripta) . The only thing I didnt like is that its hard to distinguish between new tickets and ones that have already been answered. Unless i'm missing something.
