Any great Managed Dual Opteron dedicated servers?

Are there any REPUTABLE companies out there that offer MANAGED Windows 2003, Dual Opteron dedicated servers?

I know of great companies offering linux...but what about Windows?????

im looking for fully managed and 1-800 24/7 support....anyone out there who has a good reputation?

Accept paypal would be nice too
