How To Trun The Safe Mod OFF for Each account


Hello

Iam Trying To Trun the Safe Mod for One Account iam USe the WHM if there is a tut for this To Show me how to Trun the Safe mod Off for each account ..

i hear that if u trun the Safe mod OFF there will be alot of problem for the security Reson the best it shold be ON ..

so i just need to trun it for only one account .. so is there anyway

ok Here when i try to make it for one account .. and i go to chick in one account that i have select there..

i run phpinfo

and it's tell me
Server running on PHP 4.3.8 with Safe Mode On

so how can i make it
Server running on PHP 4.3.8 with Safe Mode OFF

i try to Restart Apache and nathing is change ..
