I have found 3 service providers which are pettry appropriate my requires. They are:

- serverprices.com
- x1services.com

Please help me to rate these providers. Which one is the best?

I can't speak to those companies, but Harsha is right. You'll get a pretty good idea of these companies service track record by searching these boards. I think the plans the host offers is very secondary to the service they provide.
