Hi folks,
I'm looking for someone who can convert an html template into a working site. I have written the content "around" the template so there wont be any radical changes from the original design. The site is a non-profit and made for people suffering from a debilitating illness.
A few other tasks that will be required that arent in the template: 1. a bulletin board (cpanel), 2. chatroom (for which i have the javascript), 3. there is a white banner placeholder that i'd like removed or a banner to go there. 4. upload it as an "add on domain" so we can save $ on hosting.
since this is not a commercial venture, i dont have much money to pay the designer. i have many templates that may comprise part/full payment for your time. i think this site would be a good addition to a new designer/coder's portfolio.
cash budget is limited to $15. i know that's not nearly enough to compensate you for your time and skills, but it's for a good cause. preference will be given to someone who can also make the site look half decent, as there's no logo and an unsightly white box for a banner.
