DN terminated my servers withour reason

DN suddenly suspend my dedicated servers, and do not respond to my email and phone call (973-572-1070).
Is there any way to contact with them?

They seem to be getting worse around when they moved from NAC.

Your servers were suspended, for refusing to pay and not abiding by our TOS. We sent you instructions on how to remit payment, and you have yet to follow them. Once payment is remited, per our instructions your servers will be turned back on.

    Pwnage??
... I guess I'm just not as 1337 as you Ryan!

It is nice to see companies hastily prove themselves right. I wish all threads of people pointlessly ranting happened this way.

No, I paid yesterday by card.
    The servers resumed.
But, suddenly they stop my server.

    They know my card #.
A webhosting company stop a server that easily?

I made all the payment I have to make.

    We will respond shortly."

    Thank You

    Hello Capecod

If you include you ticket number here , then jayglate. Will be able to assist you. Pulling the server for non payment seems very reasonable.

Now they asked me to pay $251.90.
When I asked him "what is the amount for".
his answer was "Just pay the amount".

According to him, three servers are due.
But, their payment days are actually after the 10th of each month.
They seem to ask what I do not have to pay, and suspended for nothing. I think I am still inocent. They seems to be financially bad after moving to their data center.

while Jay states billing didnt even get to responding to the ticket therefore they did not reply, "Just pay the amount"

According to another guy in the billing dept.,
it turns out they are asking what I do not have to pay.
They suspend my servers without reason because the due has not come. They thread to ask money from me like
"If you do not pay $251, all your servers will be suspended"
But, it turns out that the $251 does not have to be paid, and I just paid yesterday what I had to pay. They did not have no reason to suspend anyway.

I could go to court to solve this. No, police instead of court.

More than five hours have passed since the servers downed.
Anyone could stop this unfaired suspension?

you. pay what you owe your provider and i'm sure they'll be glad to turn the servers back on.

    Ok
    I will pay now this.

But, I let everyone know this unfair suspension and payment.

"The billing dept told me that it's ok if it wI give 14day notice, and
cancelles three account before Aug 31. Those servers payment days are after 14th of each month. But, the DN billing dept asked me to pay for another current monthly payment. I told that it is not correct, but they did not listen to me, and suddenly suspended the all servers. They told me if I pay the three servers, they would unsupend the all servers."

I am dissapointed because I have used DN more than two years.
They did not deal with customers like this before. They will fail in the future if they continue to be like this.

I think it will be the best not to use DN servers.

These "My provider shut me down for no reason" posts are always funny- because 99% of the time, there was a very valid reason Pay your bills, don't spam, and don't do anything illegal, and your server will stay up (unless, of course, you were using a certain reseller )

DN is illegal, you do not know about this matter.

I had to pay because the costs of keeping down servers is higher. I am sure DN will fail in business.
