Feedback on Providers of Windows Reseller Accounts

We are looking at several companies that provide Window Reseller accounts. We've had a Linux account with HTTPme for over a year now and we're very happy with them. Now we just need to find a good Windows provider! We've done quite a bit of research and our list currently includes:

DIYHosting.com
GlobalHosting.com
Reseller-Center.com
MatrixReseller.com

Can anyone comment on any of these companies? I'd especially like to hear from current or previous customers on their recent experiences. Global Hosting in particular does not seem to have much previous feedback on this forum, though they seem to have their stuff together.

Some of our main needs are...
Win2K or 2003
MSSQL
Must be willing to install our .NET ecommerce software (AbleCommerce - it involves an actual local installation procedure)
High Quality hardware with excellent uptime (SCSI, RAID, Redundant power supplies, etc...are all pluses)
High Quality data center and transit providers with excellent uptimes
Great on-site availability of techs to fix their hardware if needed
Excellent customer communication, especially in emergency situations

Cost is always a factor in the equation, but the needs listed above are much more important than low monthly fees. So, we are not looking for dirt cheap prices, we are willing to pay a bit more for added quality.

So if you have any info that you think may help us in our decision, please jump in and let us know.

Heard good things about DIYHosting and MatrixResellers.

You might want to do a search on them. Because they all have been talked over in WHT.

Good Luck!

I posted this morning that I'm looking for a non-windows Reseller plan, but I do currently have a windows reseller plan with:

exabytes . com

I've been with them for over a year and because they are in Malaysia most of the support is done via e-mail or tickets and I have to tell you I've put in a lot of tickets and I've always gotten a response back ASAP... most of the time within 15 minutes... and they have someone in support 24/7...

the datacenter is located at data393 datacenter located in Denver Colorado, US.

I currently have there COLD FUSION BULK ACCOUNTS RESELLER PLANS and you can design sites on almost any language.

Reason why I'm not going with them on a LINUX RESELLER HOSTING is because they don't offer stuff like Fantastico Deluxe & free billing system that i'm looking for, other wise they would be my first choice based on the experience I've had with them over the past year...

I've sent them tickets and sometimes got back 2 responses from 2 seperate people and if by some change tech support was to busy helping other clients I would get help from the sales department.

1-10 I would give them a strong 9 based on my windows support...

Paulo

Thanks Paulo. I'll look into Exa-Bytes.

As for the Linux account you're seeking, I'd highly recommend HTTPme. I promise you'll be happy with them. They just do a superb job all around.

diy

Good to hear your time with HTTPme has been good. I recently was in the market for a reseller host and did a lot of research and dug through these forums quite carefully. In the end DIY was too good to resist.

As far as your needs, they have the Hsphere control panel which if you are not familiar with, you should learn about. It's clustering technology which allows sperate servers for mail, http, databases, along with its built in billing and everything else - makes it by far the best control panel out there imho.

What makes DIY so great? Well visit diysupport.com and you'll understand. I haven't seen another host build such a complete site based on support. These guys will take care of you, be sure to give them a good look.
