My self and a friend of mine are creating a php script. We are wondering if there is any software out there that would allow us to have license keys to active the software before using it, and when activated would send us the information of where its being used, and to whome is using it.


I've looked at Zend already, thats way out of my price range. Does anyone have any sotware ranging from like free to about maybe 1 or 2 hundred?
