Is this real even? Do you see their reseller plans?

It's just I can't believe that these plans are offered for such low price.

If you know something about this company, please post!

Nice link... I'm not sure whether to be jealous of all the posts or happy we don't have that many

I'm a present customer of Levi1......not very proud of it, but yes I did become a customer of Shneur's.

-When I first joined everything was just fine. But for at least the past 3 weeks, his main servers kept going down reverting to his "backup failsafe server". This backup failsafe server did not have correct backups of main server accounts, accounts that could not be updated or accessed, and e-mail problems to boot. His forum at Levi1.com was literally swamped with upset customers leaving, well, how shall I say it, less than nice posts. Shneur would not respond to forum posts, help desk tickets, phone calls, or e-mail's, as stated in forum posts. Being a person who gives everyone the benefit of the doubt, I sat back watching this all go on, waiting patiently for his problems to resolve. It did not.

Just this week, Shneur wiped his forums clean, reinstalled his helpdesk, which cleared my registration and my pending tickets. So, you will not see the forum posts in reference to the links provided above. I've tried over and over to nicely ask him for a Sept refund and to cancel my account. Regardless of my words to possibly return as a customer if issues were resolved, I get absolutely no response. E-mail after e-mail. Let me add that through this entire time servers were down, I not once said a bad word on his forums, help desk, or via e-mail. Like I said, I give everyone the benefit of the doubt and a chance to work things out!

When someone does not even respond to your e-mail's week after week, that's inexcusable and people need to know about it. Why he will not respond to my e-mails, I do not understand. It makes more sense, regardless of longevity of service problems, to communicate with your present customers. Instead, someone has taught him that it's better to totally ignore everyone. I do want people to know what kind of business practices Levi1 and Shneur use. I have given him weeks of time to respond and it is blatantly clear that he has no intention to respond to me in any way, form, or fashion, however polite I am. Very sad.

Let me make it clear that all the while his servers were down, he was not responding to e-mails, forum posts, or helpdesk tickets, and he continued to advertise for additional customers here at WHT. This went on for weeks.

I'm still waiting for a refund, which should only be fair. Actually it would just be nice to get any response at all. I'm very patient with providers, but I have to honestly say I have never had a worse experience with service stability, customer service response, and respect towards customers in general.

Please, no matter how tempting, steer clear from Levi1 and Shneur. That would be my advice. If you're reading this Shneur, please respond to my e-mails and honor my request for a Sept refund!

As he has wiped his entire forums clean, I have no evidence to prove these ongoings. I guess he would rather lose all his present customers and start from scratch than work a little harder, keep his present customers, and build a good name for himself. His actions make absolutly no sense to me whatsoever.

If you do a simple search in this forum you will get many reviews about this company. I would not go for a host that is overselling to such an extent.

Yeah, the support forum had so much bad publicity, Shneur recently deleted all threads on it. That's right deleted threads from his SUPPORT forum instead of providing SUPPORT for them. Pretty much all posts went unanswered until the day of deletion.

Levi1.com is the epitome of ineptitude and incompetence in the web hosting industry. I once made the mistake of trying this company out. DO NOT follow in my footsteps, stay away from these guys.

Instead of posting the same old lengthy review of this awful company, I'll sum them up in a nutshell by quoting a recent post from their support forum (http://levi1.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=24):

"I'm a present customer of levi1. Here's the facts:

-server down for last 3 weeks
-no communication with customers
-no response to help desk tickets
-no response to e-mails
-no resonse to request for sept refund
-about the only thing for sure here is NO RESPONSE

STAY AWAY FROM LEVI1 and Shneur. He's had ample time to properly communicate with his customers and resolve his issues. It's clear where his priorities are.........keep the money.........screw the customers. All anyone ever really has is their word..........where's your word Shneur? You've had all the time in the world to prove yourself an honorable provider."

Guess Shneur didn't have time to delete this post yet, don't worry he'll get around to it.

Is Shneur the only person running the company?
