i have decided to host with existhosting.com. anyone with them now/used to be/heard about etc and how do you rate them? any opinions? would be grateful to hear any stories before i commit! thanks!

I registered today for their ValueBYTE Plan, I received my set up details within a few hours, yet I cannot set up a my sql database, when I try it says:

There is not enough money on your account balance. Please send a check or verify the validity of your credit card.

but I have paid up front & set up with my paypal account, I have send various emails & their live chat has been un occupied for the past 4 hours, does anyone know what the problem is here, as according to their plan I should have a database included with my package?
