552 Message size exceeds fixed maximium message size

I'm having problem with only one email account in Mail Enable with Helm on Windows 2000 Server. I dont found any place to set maximum message size on Mail Enable.

    The message is listed bellow.

Does some one know what is happening?

    Regards,
    Caio.

May not be your mail server, seems the destination server is spitting that error back to you.

It looks to me to not so much an issue with an email being sent by your mailserver, but with an email being received by a remote host.

Many mail servers will have some sort of limit on incoming email. I've seen figured 1MB and below. Your message being sent was ~4MB in size, so it's quite possible you may have exceeded their size limit.

You could try potentially hosting the attached files on your website somewhere and just giving people the links of where the files are?

When i'm running the Diagnostic Utility, i receive these erros:

    SMTP Inbound Bindings Test
    For all IP addresses:
    --------------------------
Warning - This IP Address appears to be running an SMTP Server other than MailEnable or the welcome message has been changed. ---- > Fail

    SMTP Outbound Status Test
For my domain and some domains:
    --------------------------------------------
The remote server either either timed out or rejected this message when the Sender of the message.

But when i try to send emails from outlook and webmail it's works without problens.
