I'm looking for free/cheap hosting company website template with PHP/mySQL script making customers signup, domain name checking, contact us form, editing homepage contents packages & prices in admin section + merchant tools for paypal/egold/etc, with affiliate program (optional).

I would say your best bet is to attach the two parts seprately.

Example:
Hire a designer by posting a thread in the "Templates and Graphics..blah blah..." in the Advertising forum.

Then get a php coder to build you your script... Or use something that can be easlily intrgrated like WHMAP.

Templatemonster.com will get you a template.

- I advise against this. Templatmonster templates are very easily recognisable and scream unprofessional (So much so that I've actually seen people critique a hosting site by saying "its too templatemonster-ish").

For someone looking to get a site up and running, and handling orders and clients free/cheap templatemonster offer some good low cost designs.

Perhaps for a very temporary solution, but if you get popular and people on this forum find out that you are using a templatemonster template, you will be "hung out to dry" as a friend of mine would say.

I would check the Template offers forum for some cheap templates, even if they aren't as "snazzy" as TM templates, its only sold once (unless otherwise stated), and you probably pay the same in the end.
