Launched late 2002 as a quality web host, providing premium packages with an unbeatable uptime. Targeting search engines and forums brought in the majority of clients. The web site it self has been offline from 'August 2003' through to 'May 2004' - the server however was of course online during this time and support continued as normal for existing clients. In May 2004 the clients were transferred to The Planet where they are currently very happy on a P4 server that has had 100% uptime for the past 5 months. The new web site was launched 1 week ago; this is a very unique design, a continuation of the old design that attracted all the customers.
- The buyer
I am selling the hosting business in its entirety, full details below. Ideally I am looking for someone who wants to get into the hosting business, thus would require everything setup for them, including web site, support system and merchant account. This would also be ideal for a company looking to change there image, and or grow in a different direction. A little free advertising (now the new site is up) would really take off, and pay off in no time.

I am looking to move in other directions, I am busy every day with freelance graphic design and other personal projects. I have no time to promote and run a successful hosting company.

I am not looking for an over-night sale; however I do not want it to draw out for weeks.
