Average Profit:
For our purposes we will be analyzing profits over a 6 month period. The average monthly profit in the last 6 months for this business (January to June) has come to over $3000. I'll break this down to a three day time period for which I will explain the average profit.
Here is a PayPal chart showing our average PayPal sales in a 3 day time frame. Now, this is JUST PayPal, this gives us average profit of $90-110 per day as we accept other payment methods such as checks, money orders, wire transfers and Western Union which can at times account for another $50-100 per day covering our expenses. Profit has remained steady and slightly increasing since these calculations in June. View screenshots at the bottom for recent sales data in August.
Optimistic Profit:
Optimistically speaking, the largest single buyer payment I have received was a wire transfer of $1305 from a car company in Germany making a large bulk order (this was with a significant discount.) This is becoming more and more common and I've been getting orders for 10-15 of our products from countries all over the word. For another example, I'll move back to the 3 day time span that I was talking about in the Average Profit section. To show you an optimistic view of sales, our best 3 day time span for PayPal orders was a little over $550 in profit, JUST on PayPal.

Drop Shipping / Resale Contracts
I sell drop shipping contracts and give high discount rates for distributors in other countries. I have one drop shipping client on file that sells in Germany/France. They sell the product, I send them 20+ units at a time for resale at discounted rates. This way buyers in other countries don't have to pay high shipping prices and I get more business internationally.
eBay Sales Data
eBay is a great supplement for the website to attract buyers. Included with everything else, the winning bidder will have exclusive rights to all of our data, html, logos, flash design, etc seen in our eBay product auctions.

Website Hits
We have a low budget Ad-Words account with Google and basic account on Overture, which is taken into account for when calculating profits. We have eBay auctions and other than that, no other paid links.
