Be very very cautious when thinking of buying this company. It is in serious debt. All 6 servers were shutdown tonight by Atrivo/Emil due to being 3 months behind on payments thats just over 4,000$ which he did NOT state in this post. Not too mention the 1500$ thats due on the 1st of the month, and the 150 ppl in #pyroshells screaming about this. Buyer beware, know what you are getting into.

Seems like a perfectly plausible reason for selling the company. If they owe $4000 they can pay it from part of the money they receive from the sale. Also I am sure if you knew of this, every other buyer will be made aware of this. $4000 is only a fraction of the annual worth of this company, granted you do have to take into consideration running costs.

550 Modernbill clients
60 Cheque clients
130 registered domains

- 740

"gross income monthly is $5000"
"average signups per mo? - about 50"

This company is worth a lot! I would say $50k would be a great deal. you would only have to sit on the company for 6 months and you would have your money back.

Have any of you actually ran a shell provider? Beware of DoS attacks, especially since pyroshells gets ALOT of DoS attacks. Also expect a very large bw bill because of this. Oh and he has 550+ customers but only 90 in his channel when all his servers go down. If one of my server hiccups My channel grows 150+

Oh and since it brings in so much money.. Why couldn't he pay the bills...

syscrash i don't appreciate you spreading rumours around, ok, we have a debt with atrivo, but the buyer does NOT buy the debt, I got in over my head and spent money in the wrong places. The debt will be paid off once the sale is finalized. Thank You.

Yeh, Acmeshells, you know alot. You are a smart cookie, infact when you don't know what you are talking about please don't talk. Do you see me coming around your threads posting rumors? no. Even though i hate the fact you spam your company all over the place. Have fun. Good luck. Now, let me do some explaining, Acmeshells, You do not know what we pay for bandwidth, so why talk? You do not know what kind of ddos we get so why talk? we had about 180 people in the channel over NIGHT, at 4-6 am, so don't give me that 90 ****. Once again, good luck in the future.

Regards,
Shay Bekman

Acme,
Your comment was uncalled for and immature. If you know math and read the thread you would have noticed the debt will be paid off. Which means you would now own a 45,000$+ Company. You would just have a lot of work on your hands in the first few weeks. But for less then 1/4 of the cost of what the company makes you can own it. Seems like a deal to me.
