ugh! thanks registerfly < / sarcasm>
why does registerfly keep sending me renewal notices for domains that are now registered elsewhere?
why does registerfly still show domains in my account that are no longer with registerfly?

I figured that RegisterFly had a bug in their API because they're a reseller. But then the same thing happened to me over at Dotster with a domain that had been captured by NameWinner. The registrar was NewIdentity, but it was managed in my Dotster account. After, I transferred it out to eNom, it was still listed there in my account and I kept getting those renewal notices.

Easy fix, log into your RegisterFly account. Click on the reports tab. Select refresh. This will remove all names transferred away from your account.

Thanks dmaven,
But it seems odd to me that RegisterFly makes you do that manually.

Don't worry about it...
I recently transferred just over 100 domain names out and RegisterFly still had them listed in my RF account. They stayed in there until, according to RF they all expired and eventually disappeared. But in the REAL world (RF doesn't know about this world ) they are just fine, working perfectly.

Common afflication for resellers(all are guilty). Once Fly becomes operational accredited registrar this goes away.

Happens to everyone, actually. Sometimes some little
detail slips thru, and no one notices 'til they're told
about it.
Just report it whenever you encounter it.

Regsiterfly takes forever to load, and I don't see them being professional at all, I think the layout is the only thing that makes people purchase domains on that site.
