Those are prices for internal licenses, not external. The diffrence between a internal and external license is a lot. I beleive that site is for managed.com customers...

Remember Internal licenses can only be sold to customers that have equipment in your facility or lease your equipment.

External Licenses are for those people who wish to run cPanel but their DC/Provider is not a partnerNOC/Distributor.

We don't sell external licenses, so by saying this I am not competing or conflicting with NDC's offer here:

Before we got our own Cpanel Partner NOC license, we got all of our license through NDC. These guys know how to run a business. Excellent pricing and, more importantly, GREAT customer service. We had switched to them after having a horrible experience with another CPanel dealer and I just can't say enough good things about NDC. I believe, at the time we ended up moving our licenses to our own account, we had about 25 Cpanel licenses with NDC and I was actually a bit sorry to leave them.
