There are always Terms n Clauses involved. Also, 75% payout is not for every year. Please do ensure you do your homework before selling to any party. It is an attractive post by Ah-Tina nonetheless and i won't take any shine off it. If you do have a much larger base though, this might not be your best option.

Actually, the best response we've had so far is from hosts with more than a couple of servers. Why? Because they've worked hard to build their business and they're not wanting to turn it over to just anyone. Its hard letting something go that you've put alot of effort into...with us, they know we have a solid reputation and that we've been around since 1997. Alot of times people selling an established business aren't looking to get as much money as they possibly can, they look at who they are selling to as well.
