In perldesk can you edit the registration form?
Im wanting to know if i can add fields to the form and make them required in order to register.
Also, does the info put into the registration form show up in the ticket admin section of the desk? I believe it does, but unsure..
Another question i had was can you pass information into perldesk???
For example im wanting clients to only have to sign up at one page and the information be passed to perldesk, another secure database im setting up, and my billing system.
The secure database and billing system i know i can do, but can info be passed to the perldesk registration form and submitted automatically?
Any idea's would be great.. thanks!
