This is really a topic to see the interest, information required, and to see if I can expect to receive what I am asking or more.

First a little reason why: I have a full time job now that suits me better and for the time invested in both venture would take nearly 250 clients to come close to the full time job and that does not include all the benefits and retirement planning.

What I will be selling:
Everything basically. There will be a few stipulations that must be negotiated as I took over an even smaller hosting provider in hopes of growing larger.

www.designalpha.com is the site URL. We have approximately 25 paying customers across 2 servers. I will be including the most recent Cpanel server that is fully paid for 1 year from last month. It’s a P4 2.4 GHz with 1 GB RAM and 1500 Gbs transfer managed by AngelNetworkz.net. The other is not included but is an Ensim Pro server (holds most of the good paying customers).

Also, you will be getting many sites/domains I have had over the years and some I have recently acquired.

Most of the clients pay via PayPal. I have been covering costs nearly every month with 80% hosting 20% design/freelance work. Anyone with more time and PR should be able to make it a solid company. I don't really have formal income stated, balance sheets, or anything of that nature. The business was never a formal business. It never exceeded profits in excess of $5,000 therefore it did not justify taxation even againt me personally.

I will definitley get the best structed thing I can together as soon as possible. Could anyone tell me what exactly you going to need to see on such a sheet?

Just state your clients, what package they have, how much they pay, monthly or annual, paypal/2Checkout etc.. Just a plain text document, or paste into a PM. If annual payment, state when next payment is due.. Just put in all the information you feel is relevant, the more information, the more interests you will get..

I am really curious after looking at your url. What are you selling? Your website is advising all clients to find a new host because you are closing down the business. You can withdraw my PM request and offer. I can see no reason to make an offer for a company and clients that has told all the clients to find a new host. Seems a bit senseless!
