This is really a topic to see the interest, information required, and to see if I can expect to receive what I am asking or more.
First a little reason why: I have a full time job now that suits me better and for the time invested in both venture would take nearly 250 clients to come close to the full time job and that does not include all the benefits and retirement planning.
What I will be selling:
Everything basically. There will be a few stipulations that must be negotiated as I took over an even smaller hosting provider in hopes of growing larger.
www.designalpha.com is the site URL. We have approximately 25 paying customers across 2 servers. I will be including the most recent Cpanel server that is fully paid for 1 year from last month. It’s a P4 2.4 GHz with 1 GB RAM and 1500 Gbs transfer managed by AngelNetworkz.net. The other is not included but is an Ensim Pro server (holds most of the good paying customers).
Also, you will be getting many sites/domains I have had over the years and some I have recently acquired.
www.ultragaming.com (4+ years old)
www.gamerspost.net (1 year old)
www.bladeswc.com (never really started)
www.hostoutlet.net (recently acquired)
www.aspoutlet.net (recently acquired)
www.designalpha.net
www.designalpha.org
I am selling everything as is on the servers, along with a Client Exec license, 2checkout account (if transferable), and anything else associated with the hosting side.
When I would like to sell out by:
By September 30th.
Base asking price:
$2,5000
Most of the clients pay via PayPal. I have been covering costs nearly every month with 80% hosting 20% design/freelance work. Anyone with more time and PR should be able to make it a solid company. Please let me know if any more information is needed. Please keep all information discussed via PMs private. I will answer most questions via a reply, but some may warrant a PM only response.
Do to my time restraints anymore please allow me 24 hour to respond to questions. If you are making an offer and not just an inquiry for information please use the PM system.
