Hi

I am not sure if i have posted this in the correct place but.

I have downloaded some software from helpcenterlive.com called WinApp.

But when i install it in my pc i get this error

can be found @ freehostplus.com/error.gif

can anybody please help.

Seems like you need to install some additional visual basic libraries for the software to work.

See if there are any additional downloads from helpcenterlive.com.

There could be another way to solve the problem, but it requires that you have Visual Studio .NET installation CDs (one of the CDs contains vb libraries for compatibility with older vb apps).

Try the support forum/helpdesk for helpdeskcenterlive first.

You probably have to download tray.ocx and register it on your system. This link can help:

Try and copy the tray.ocx to windows/system32 overwriting the old one if its there.

Maybe try their support forums, they are probably more qualifyed to give you a solution.
