Quick SSL question

I was just wondering if I buy an SSL certificate for one of my domains, will I need to get a wildcard SSL certificate to get it to work on ports 443 (or whatever the standard port is), 2083 and 2087 simultaneously?

I do not think so. The SSL is issued to the domain name itself (www.yourdomain.com or secure.yourdomain.com) - The ports - that would be a different issue.

corey is correct. I have a geotrust quickssl cert for my control panel hostname, and I use the cert on ports 443, 8080, 8443, and 1000. Mind you, this spans over 3 different programs including Apache, HSphere, and Webmin.
