Can someone tell me about some nice/easy sample scripts to Upload/Retrive/Edit Images into MySQL or MSSQL 2000 databases.

It is not considered a good idea to store images directly in a MSSQL (or Access) database (I don't know about MySQL), for size, performance and stability reasons.

Store the images in the filesysytem and record the path/filename in the database instead.
