Small Webhosting Company For Sale With Clients.

Hi all,

I posted about this in a few threads a couple weeks ago, but as of yet I still haven't found a serious buyer for my customers, so I am giving it another shot.

Please if you are interested in acquiring some new customers, read this post in it's entirety. I am going to try and answer every single question you might have in advance, so we can keep the email tag to a minimum. If you send me an email asking me something I already answered in this post I will most likely ignore it.

I have a total of 8 customers. They are all paying by VISA or Mastercard currently, and all are located in North America. They are all MONTHLY billing. I started hosting towards the end of last year and my newest customer is already 2-3 months old.

I have my own small merchant account, and I do have all their info on file.

Here is a breakdown of the plans:

1 customer on my 10 gigs transfer, 500 mb diskspace plan @ $6.75 a month.
5 customers on my 50 gigs transfer, 1000 mb diskspace plan @ $26.99 a month
2 customers on my 100 gigs transfer, 1500 mb diskspace plan @ $46.95 a month

For a total of $235.60 USD monthly.

I host all these on a Cpanel VPS, and I have never went over 3 GB of diskspace used and 75 GB of transfer for them in a month.

I pay $39.95 for my VPS account, and I am willing to turn that over as well if the buyer is interested in continuing to host them there instead of moving the accounts. Also included with the sale is the domain name and design of my site.

I am taking offers on the accounts. I am not looking to split them up. I am not looking for some multi-month payment offer. I want half of the purchase price before I start to transfer the accounts / domain name etc to you and the other half PROMPTLY when the transfer is complete. I am accepting PayPal for the payment.

I am willing to provide faxes of my merchant account monthly statements, access to the root WHM as well as talk on the phone with anyone that shows they are a serious buyer by making a sizeable (and refundable, assuming you aren't trying to waste my time) deposit.

You can contact me at webmaster@servecheap.com - I am looking for a quick sale, not necessarily top dollar. I hope to have this finished up by this weekend sometime or at least well on the way. So please don't waste my time or yours if you don't have the money ready.

I will contact everyone that emails me later on this afternoon, when I see what kind of offers I am getting.

Thank you for your interest, email me with your offer or any questions that I have not covered. Do not reply to this thread as I will not be checking it.. infact if a Mod could lock it, that'd be super.

Bull. I was serious, I offered you your buyout price and you seemed okay until I asked you for some kind of account verification before payment. I never heard from you again.

What's up with that?

It seems that servepath.com's ARIN whois comes back as Choopa. Must have a VPS with Choopa or somebody who has a server with Choopa.

Well, I had Made him an offer, a good one at that!

Well I got riped off, lost my money, and most of all I lost my WHT account. I then Called the owner of these Forums and told them what happened, they told me I was allowed to make a new account and here I am, Some How he is a buddie with one of the admins here and they team up on me. I reported this also to the owners of this forum. so I am hoping nothing will happen like this again.

Or I will never us this forum again and tell my friends not to us it as well. They had no right to do wht they did. But it happen.

I lost $350.00 and my account, so do you see what I mean now.

Annon-e-Mouse

I am not here for you to kick me off. I would just like to make them aware of the problem I have faced.

Thats all, I will not post on this thread again due to the fact I do not wish to lose my account again and have to call the company that owns this forum again.

The company would never had said you could create a new account.

Annon-e-mouse,

I am telling you 100% that, I have spoken to Inet Interactive.
His Name Was John, he was the last one I spoke with. And I also spoke with Richard.

I would be happy again to call them on monday and let them know I am being this little chat between you and I.

I am not here to cause crap, I just want to have my account and talk to people, I do not wish to lose anything, or not be able to talk on this forum. I do like this forum very much and do not wish to be taken away.

I'm not sure who this is.. ? I am sorry if I didn't get back to you or something.. ? I probably have talked to about 30-40 people over the past couple of weeks about selling these accounts and if I left you hanging I am truly sorry. It's been a confusing process.

I have no problem providing verification at all... as I mentioned in my post up top there.
