Hosting Company for Sale

Hello,

I have recently acquired a web hosting company in the last few weeks, due to an unforseen job offer that I would be nuts to turn down I am needing to sell this company.

The company mainly offers reseller accounts but does have some shared customers also.

Currently Modernbill is showing the average monthly revenue being $651.75.

Included with this sale is:

Customers
Server
Modernbill Owned License
Website Designs
Banners
Support System
Enom account
3 Company Domains

I will also personally provide support if you need for a few months, not for a set hours per day but as needed if you need.

Customers currently reside on one server which costs around $225/month.

Most customers are on a plan which includes 2GB of space and 20 GB of transfer per month.

I am only interested in serious people here, and I am looking for about 8-10 months revenue so that I can atleast make back the money that I spent.

If you want to transfer customers over to your own servers I dont see a problem with that and I dont think that they will have a problem with that, they are used to good support and good uptime so I am looking for someone who can offer that and nothing less.

I will be moving soon so I would like to complete this transaction within the next month.

I do not feel that a transaction that will be more than $5000 is a good thing to do all online, so that is why I would like to do alot of this over the phone also.

8-10 months revenue which is low as most companies want 12 months or more.
