Hello Everyone.

I have installed IIS and i am trying to open a project with Visual Interdev.

However i am being asked for a password for connecting my localhost. It has probably something to do with Authentication.

What should i do ???

Looks like anonymous access for your site is not enabled.

In IIS manager

Go to website properties -> Directory security -> Edit Authentication & access control -> check Enable anonymous access.

it is enabled... (this is the default setting of IIS)
