I know there are a lot of threads on Ipowerweb, but I didn't see one that actually mentioned what to do in case you want to leave, so here goes:
I have a reseller account with them, but when I found out what their customer service was like, I decided to move my largest site, since it requires uptime and reliable email.
They don't go out of their way to tell you this, but Tucows/OpenSRS is their registrar, and the place to manage your domain is here: h t t p s://manage.opensrs.net/
The login information is the dame as what you use to log into your v-deck, though in my case the username was less one character.
This might be common knowledge for some, but for anyone who was confused, I hope this helps.
