I just added reseller plans, so I don't know how well they will sell.
I just bought a VPS a couple days ago for under $40 a month. I know this isn't profitable as-is, but if reseller plans sell it will be.
These accounts can easily be moved to a new server.
For a company that has a server or reseller account, this would mean an extra $19 a month. If you maintain the site, you will make even more. I spent a lot on promotion.

I don't want to say, because that would give away the name of the company to everybody. I'm afraid if people know the company is for sale, they won't subscribe to hosting plans.

It's not a bad idea to stop allowing signups during the auction period. This is actually a requirement if you want to sell your site on ebay...
