Hello i submitted a quote using the "HOST QUOTE" button at the top of this site and got many hosts returning to offer me their services, one stuck out to me though Server Yard has anyone had any experiance with them if you have could you let me know what they were like.

Some of the things iam looking to know about are:

Support - Is this any good
Servers - Are they Fast/Slow/Perthetic

Have you tried testing their support and service? It is always good to test the services they provide, to get an idea of what thier service and support are like. Try contacting them during off hours, late night or early morning. Ask them a few basic questions to test their knowledge a little bit. You can also test their network and connection speed. They shout be able to provide you with the necessary info to do this. Either way, you should get an idea of how good the hosting company is with this type of research.

Send them a few pre-sale questions, see how they answer your questions. Take your time and you'll eventually end up with a host you can count on.

Hi, I also got a quote from server yard, and I asked a few questions about their services and other things. So far they seem like a very good host, as in terms of support though I am not yet a customer, so I wouldnt know much about their servers and uptime.
