Hi

websites I make are really just as good as other sites, all information is not sent on to other companies, all data is private e.t.c.

I have seen schemes such as bbbonline or whatever, and other things, but I was wondering is there a site anywhere that gives a fully customisable terms that I can put on to my site? as i guess stealing form another is not allowed!

and also, is there a list of schemes to join anywhere?

Do a search on these forums and you will see that a few very nice folks will let you use their privacy statement, tos, etc. if you ask

I am also interested in such documents. I`ve started to write my own but I am sure that the content written by me is far from secure for me and my customers.

You can use the ones I have on my site if you like. Not sure what type of website you are in need of TOS and Privacy Policy...

You might want to start with the terms of your upstream provider, as you will have to make sure your own customers abide by those terms. Then invest some time and energy to modify those terms to match your own needs.

Then, take it to an attorney to look over. If you ever get into a situation in regard to your t&c, you will want to know that they are enforcable.
