Actually coolreseller is the reseller site of dzones.com

I've only heard good reviews about them. & was really impressed with their pre-sales response, very fast and friendly. Cant comment on anything else as I didnt sign up with them eventually

I Really have not heard anything bad about them - actually a few good reviews. Thier prices look competitive, but make sure before signing up with them or anybody else, that they provide viable phone or email support. One way of making sure this is the case is by asking them or demanding a free trial or by finding out if they have some sought of full money-back guarantee; so that if you later feel they do not meet your standards and decide to bail out you get your money back as well.
