i actually went to dictionary.com to look up that word... it means:

and yes.. the site is a total unselfish free for all plug your ish site. my original plan a year ago when i got the domain was to make it a real estate content based info site... never happend... someone suggested i do this and now i am

ive owned the domain name now for more then a year and was getting a dozen or so uniques per day on the old content.

since i changed the format to what you see now, traffic has more then quadrupled w/ almost no advertising
