ok, I'm looking for someone to either take 1/2 of a dedicated server or maybe a hosting company give me approximately 1/2 of a server.
It HAS to be either a dual xeon or p4 2.8ghz++ with 1.5 - 2gb ram.
Now I am going to be running 100 processes continually for the first month untill my db is populated (getting info on domains that are in the db)

I know we've talked and I said I couldn't spare those resources but I have another option I'd like for you to test the script and let me monitor it so I can see realistically how much in resources it will use

How much are you willing to pay for this setup?

I have a server right now that is exactly the specs you just requested (Dell PowerEdge 1650) and it's totally empty right now, and just losing money for me. I'd love to recoup some of that loss while I add simple shared hosting customers to it. If this sounds good to you please let me know. I use Rackspace.com so it costs me a ton. :-)

I would like to know what you are using it for first, this is because 100 processes is alot for a single person and this could pratically kill all use for the computer for anything else. Thanks
