Assigning an IP to IP-less account in CPANEL
Hi,
I am following all the steps to assign the DEDICATED IP to one of the domains which is using the shared IP of the server.
After I assign the IP, site disappears when being access through the domain name, it shows the default CPANEL page (no site configured blah blah).
Site is accessable through domain though.
I want site to appear through its domain & IP both.
NEED URGENT HELP IN THIS MATTER.

Just assign the IP and wait for propagation.
BTW, there's a text in the area where you assign IPs with an alert that this will happen...

But nameservers are already hosted on same machine, hence there is no need to wait for propagation since domain already is propagated the server? right?

Try pinging the domain from your local computer, and you'll know what I mean.
