It would be better if we kept isolated issues handled on our online support desk, instead of in this public forum as at times it can stir up a plethora of unnecessary bad blood. I'll be the first to go public with a major anomaly on any of the FastServers network segments.... but this particular instance is quite unique and needs to be handled behind-the-scenes.
I realize feedback from the community is always helpful, but in this case the return route to your outside cable IP reveals a major problem inside of Rogers.com -->
