GOOD Clients for Sale!

here are the brief terms/requirements...

First and foremost, you are buying some of my clients, you are not buying my business or my name. Period.

I am selling off these clients because our business model has changed drastically. I have semi-partnered with another local company and we will be targetting local, high-end clients only mainly to sell our new software and hosting packages.

For the record, ProprietaryHosting.com is our new company name. With our other hosting company, we were in business since 2000, which is where most of the clients came from.

These clients are extremely low maintenance and I control most, but not all of the domain names (makes DNS changes easy).

They have been very nice clients. They pay on time or no later than 3 days late (2%). They are not on autopay. A couple pay by money order and the rest I send paypal invoices. They pay on anniversary dates and they like it that way.

These clients are mainly business people who want to succeed and are very marketable. They're all yours. These are not BS "kiddie accounts".

We do most of their domain name registrations and I control most of the domain names/DNS. Several of them are coming up for expiration. We charge $15.00 per name, thru registerfly. This too will be yours if you choose.

None of the clients have adult themed sites nor wish to be on servers that offer that, but that is negotiable.

Prospective buyers MUST agree to at least the following:

* Accept paypal but not require a subscription for at least 60 days
* Have cPanel with Fantastico
* Offer unlimited MySql or very high limits
* Have a professionally designed site or nice looking site.
* Be running a professional operation.
* Agree that some of these clients are still my design clients and not have a problem with that.
* Be able to do a cpanel transfer and be able to do the complete transfer yourself
* Pay me via Western Union or USPS postal money order for complete sale price within 3 days. (will accept up to $300 of it thru paypal as a good-faith deposit)
* No discussing the terms on WHT or any other public venue.
* This is a package deal. No splitting up clients.
* I make no guarantees whatsoever about any of these clients! I can only tell you my experiences with them. Most have been here about a year.

You can see all the details at the link below:

http://proprietaryhosting.com/sale.html

Do not PM me with "how much do you want".

Make your best offer. Deal needs to close this week.

Also, I will not respond to anonymous PMs. Please ID yourself and your hosting company name/URL.

Thanks

Finally a company that knows how to price services....I would imagine that most of these are local customers for you. I would be curious to see how they felt about having their. Becareful who you sell too as well, dont want unhappy people since you will still be doing design work..

Could easily bring $3000+

No, as I stated before, these are NOT local clients, which is what we will be dealing with from now on

As far as them being my design clients, all that means is that they have been, but that shouldnt be a problem for any potential buyers. I am not currently designing for any of them, but have done work for some in the past. In other words, dont trash me or my work to my (former) clients just because you want to sell them something

thanks~
