I use flashfxp and it freezes sometimes I was wondering what is the best ftp program

Depends on what you need it for. My open source favorite is FileZilla.

WS_FTP is nice, but if u want free try FTPX some how IE-like ftp client

flashfxp has never given me any problems. Its rock solid and one of the best ftp clients I have used.

I you need another try absoluteFTP.

I'll second that, one of the few commercial programs I use. Mine's fully registered.
