I was wondering if anyone has had experience with, or knows anything about Cyberpixels.com domain regestration and more importantly hosting plans. Are they reliable, well-maintained, reliable?

Cyberpixels has been around for some time. They did hit a bump in the road few months ago, but things are looking extremely well.

I'm not affiliated with them, but know people hosted there.

All I can say is we've had more than one person coming over to us with not so good stories about cyberpixels. Yes a couple of months ago sure, perhaps they were just having problems
