Are you planning to make it open source? just for personal use? ... or are you funding your college education?

well i am 26 so it is not for funding my college education.
And i am going to make it available for download. But i will need to make it more usable.
I am going to add following modules in next 7 days
* Pay Invoice
* View Invoice
* Print Invoice
* Edit Invoice

And afterwards i will make it available for download on my site .

And i am planning to add following modules to it.
Customer Login & client area
Paypal IPN module
Nochex Module
Paysystems Module
Helpdesk
Reports (monthly sales, monthly expenses, monthly profits)
Forum (so clients login on the site once and be able to use all the features on the site)

And i am open to more ideas. Just post it here.

Well. Can't complain that the skin is too bloated!

tell me what you are looking for on a skin so i can work on it. I am going to use a css page to format whole look of script.
I will make a working version available tonight for download. So you can use it.
At the moment script lets you do following things

Add customer
View Customer
Delete Customer
Add invoice
View invoice
Edit invoice
Delete invoice
View pending invoices
View paid invoices
View all invoices

I will add more functions every week. It is modular so you can easily add additional modules to it or play around with the look.
