Anyone know whats going on at Sphera?

I just got my bill a couple weeks ago.. well lets just say I was surprised. Tried calling them and mail box is full. Everyone we've dealt with are gone. Have to call overseas... Finally got someone there but I'm abit concerned. Anyone know anything about them? downsizing or something?
