Where should I pay the domain, to eNom or to them?
Do they provide support or eNom?
Am I will depend something from them (ex: server reability or features) or just from eNom?

You get a free reseller account from an ETP and you pay eNom directly for filling the balance in your account which is used towards domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and/or club drop.

Here is the real kicker. You are suppose to get support from your ETP. This is where I see most of the complaints from people about eNom's support. Say you buy an old sub-reseller account from someone for $180. That person doesn't make anymore money off of you; hence, why would they give you lifetime support? You start calling eNom for support and find out that you aren't even under an ETP but under a sub-reseller. So the picture is clearer now...your 3 levels down (or more) and that much further away from the support. Long story but believe me it is very possible and happens everyday.

Just eNom for server and features.

i think enom support all sub-accounts equally (i tried it myself)

although some ppl said resellers should seek ETP's support not enom's , not sure though.

Bashar, people have posted that they get horrible response times from eNom. I myself get very rapid replies to emails, phone calls, and support tickets. A while back we had that one "very long" thread about this and all the ETPs claimed good support when the sub-account holders complianed. Yes, eNom will reply to all help tickets but sub-accounts "by design" are suppose to be helped by the ETP.

Just use a credit card instead. Paypal is not mandatory.
