Then you had to post some packages that come with "unmetered" transfer.
Now personally these are not the kind of packages I'm looking for anyway, however you've potentially lost customers just from using that word.
Put a figure in, make it high but "unmetered", "unmonitored" & "unlimited" all mean the same thing - something you cannot deliver!

You posted on our forum this response (when asked to clarify about the "unmetered" part):

Most of our server are on 3 Mbit line, so bandwidth useage is limited to approx. 26GB per day.

So, which is it? (or does it grow with the telling?)
