All accounts are on a dedicated server at Dragon.com/Serverhost.com. Server is a P4 2.4 w/ 1 Gig of RAM runnning CPanel with Red Hat 9. I pay for 600GB of bandwidth per month. Last month the server used less than 3GB. Server has 80GB main IDE drive and a 40 Gig backup. Current /home use is 1.7GB out of 47GB. Server also includes around 15 unused IPs. I will gladly give the buyer full access to this server. I pay $149.00/month for the server, bandwidth, and Cpanel.
I also have a owned ModernBill license (license was renewed last week for another 6 months of support) that I will include.
Customers are pretty quiet. I get around 1 email a week. Server has been rock solid. Over 1 month of uptime so far. I just had it upgraded 2 months ago.

Monthly Income From Clients is around 235.00. Subtract the server and you have 86/month or 1032/year
