Superbservers - Host Quote Spam!
Hello,
Sorry about my English first.
I tried to use host quote before, still using. When I need something, superbservers always send offers that does not about my request.
Thats really bored me. They also send their new offers.

Its obvious they are trying to drum up business, but it doesn't seem to be a good way they are going about it. They are being a nuisance, not really serving anyone they are targeting it seems.

You should report it to the WHT moderators see if they will do anything about it beacause I am sure they dont encourage spam.

Yeah, I asked for a quote on some high end hardware and a private network. All I get back from them is spam on their cheap celeron deals....
There is also another thread regarding their email practices.

I asked for a quote a long time back on some simple web hosting, just a shared account, and I get an email from Jose Castro telling me about their cheapo celeron deals. Very unprofessional.

I belive it is customized a little bit, mine said something like "I was looking over your site, URL Here, and was wondering if you want to buy our cheapo celeron servers" or something like that, but it had our URL so its not the exact same for everyone.

I also tried the "host quote" out a while ago. I recieved about 8 offers that had nothing to do with the plan I wanted.

Jose Castro is a huge nuisance - he promises things to get you to sign up and then finds ways to squirrel out of them - The entire company is just horrible IMHO

FWIW,
Curtis seems to be trying to correct the situation but this seems to be the practice accross the board, I wouldn't be suprised if Curtis is just trying to save face now that everyone is calling them out
